As a small, independent business, it’s important to us that we use local, independent suppliers wherever possible.
Whilst our coffee beans are shipped from Honduras, Colombia and Sumatra, they’re roasted just around the corner on Sheep Street by Stow Town Coffee, a micro-roastery run by the lovely Ali and Dave Cunliffe who owned the New England before we took it on.
Our cakes and bakes are made by Daisy Pratt’s Very Vanilla Bakery right here in Stow-on-the-Wold. We work closely with Daisy to ensure that we have a variety of treats available, including vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options.
Our milk is delivered directly from Holmleigh Dairy, based just down the road in Moreton-in-Marsh. Their herd of Jersey and Guernsey cows are all known by name and they farm in a traditional Cotswold style, respecting the land and the farm environment.
The ice-cream that we use in our milkshakes is supplied by Bennetts Dairy in Lower Wick. Bennetts was first established in 1918 and in 1982 they expanded in to the ice-cream business.
Our fruit juices are provided by Bensons the Juicers, based in Sherborne. They supply us with a range of products for both children and adults, all made using British apples and the finest quality ingredients.
